I have not read all of Stephanie Duncan Smith’s book Even After Everything, but I enjoyed the introduction enough that I wanted to share the book with readers. A book on the church calendar and being a mom? Yes, please! I’m a believer that the church calendar reorients us to the Lord’s design for us as much as Sabbath forms us for shalom. We need more reminders about how to step into His story, His timing, and the plans that He has for us. I’m hopeful that this book is a beautiful reminder of all of that truth and perhaps even more—
